We are proud to announce the completion of our latest project Build-to-Suit for Banca Transilvania, the leading bank in Romania. The project consists in a custom building of about 2,000 sqm located in TRC Park Cluj, a top production and logistics location in Cluj County. The project was developed according to the client`s requirements, following the highest standards and technologies available.
The construction was completed and handed over at the begining of 2021. Transilvania Constructii has completed multiple build-to-suit projects for world-class clients and hopes to continue to grow in this sector.
