Lately, the industrial area of Arad County has become a magnet for industrial developers and the demand for warehouses and industrial units has determined us to enhance the geographical spread of our portfolio as we have already done with our latest development in Bacău.

Current occupiers of the buildings include the courier company Dynamic Parcel Distribution SA – DPD, onecompany from automotive industry as APTIV Tchnology Services and Solutions, respectively TB&C Outsert Romania SRL, a manufacturer of plastic products.
